CAP currently allocates both time and costs by syncing time activity from QuickBooks Online or by importing time from external systems. Once employee hours are synced or imported, CAP calculates the percentage of time each employee has worked across grants and programs. We then apply this percentage to payroll and related costs, distributing them proportionally across the appropriate grants/programs.
