How to Cancel Your CostAllocation Pro Subscription

If you need to cancel your CostAllocation Pro subscription, you can do so quickly from your account settings.

Steps to Cancel

  1. Log in to your CostAllocation Pro account.

  2. From the main menu, click Settings.

  3. Select Configurations.

  4. You’ll see a list of your connected QuickBooks Online companies.

  5. Find the company you’d like to cancel the subscription for.

  6. Under the Action column, click Cancel Subscription.

What Happens Next

Once canceled, your subscription for that company will no longer renew. If you have multiple connected companies, you’ll need to repeat this process for each subscription you’d like to cancel.
